  • September 21-23, 2026. Location: Eriksberghallen, Göteborg, Sweden.

    All educational courses will be held on September 21, from 8:30 to 15:00. The symposium will start on September 21 at 16:00. A social event (mingle) is scheduled for the evening of the first day. Educational courses and the social event need to be selected separately.

    Please note that changes to the venue may occurr until end of May, pending funding.

  • The prices below are exclusive of 25% VAT.

    • Early bird, conference: 2,850 SEK

    • Regular fee, conference: 3,650 SEK

    • Educational courses: 250 SEK

    • Social mingle, Sept. 21: 395 SEK

    Lunch and refreshment on all 3 days is included in the registration fee.

    Attendees from universities and governmental institutions within Sweden: Participants whose fee is to be paid by a Swedish government agency or educational institution. An Order ID must be provided so that an internal invoice can be sent.

    Attendees registering outside of Sweden: Participants whose fee is to be paid by a foreign university, authority or company. VAT is applicable and only card payment is possible.

    Attendees from public and private sectors within Sweden: Participants who are employed in the Swedish public/private sector. VAT is applicable.

    • Registration closes: 30 August 2026 (23:59 CET)

    • Spots are limited to 150 seats on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Participation to each workshop is limited to 24 participants; please notify us of any cancellation, to open up spots for attendees placed on waiting list. 

    • The registration is binding. Any refunds of the registration fee will not be possible.

    • Payments from abroad can only be made by credit card.

    • 25% VAT will be added.

    • OBS: in the event of change of the venue, participants will be notified immediately.
