    All educational courses will be held on September 21, from 8:30 to 15:00. The symposium will start on September 21 at 16:00. A social event (mingle) is scheduled for the evening of the first day. Educational courses and the social event need to be selected separately.

  • The prices below are exclusive of 25% VAT.

    • Early bird, conference: 3,650 SEK

    • Regular fee, conference: 4,560 SEK

    • Educational courses: 450 SEK

    • Social mingle, Sept. 21: 395 SEK

    Lunch and refreshment on all 3 days is included in the registration fee.

    • Spots are limited to 150 seats on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Participation to each workshop is limited to 24 participants; please notify us of any cancellation, to open up spots for attendees placed on waiting list. 

    • The registration is binding. Any refunds of the registration fee will not be possible.

    • Payments from abroad can only be made by credit card.

    • 25% VAT will be added.
